豪大大雞排 is a star attraction in 士林夜市, Taipei. It is a satisfying snack that is definitely worth making a beeline for. I was thrilled when I heard that it’s finally coming to Singapore.

Long queues – just like in the Taipei night market.

豪大大雞排 has a bigger menu in Singapore.  The famous fried chicken came in several flavours i.e seaweed, sour plum etc. They also sell many other fried items like sotong balls, mushroom & chicken wings. Old Chang Kee – watch out! 🙂

The fried chicken is huge & succulent – definitely comparable to the original Taiwanese version. Moreover, it is at least 20% bigger than the other similarly priced  Taiwanese fried chicken (i.e. 士林夜市)  in Singapore.

Overall – 豪大大雞排 certainly takes the throne for the best Taiwanese fried chicken in Singapore now. This explains the snake queues seen at the stall. The painful wait can be up to 45 minutes so do bring your patience along!
