PS. Café – P.S. I Love You

PS. Café is a perfect choice to go for a nice dinner or a post dinner drink. My favourite PS. branch is Dempsey followed by Palais. Ann Siang is alittle too secluded and Paragon has a very limited menu.

Here we were at Dempsey again.

You have to walk through a narrow path to reach the beautiful colonial building.

[LEFT] The mouthwatering desserts were placed near the entrance. We couldn’t resist ordering them after our hearty meal.
[RIGHT] Seasonal offerings were introduced on the big chalkboards.

[LEFT] Love the flowers in PS Café. :)
[RIGHT] We started our dinner with a glass of Veuve Clicquot. Cheers to a lovely dinner.

TRUFFLE SHOESTRING FRIES – Our MUST ORDER in PS Café. The tantalizing smell of truffle oil was addictive.  Do order to share as the portion was huge.

MISO COD – My favourite main in PS Café.  I like the combination of all the ingredients used in this dish. The side of rocket salad with udon in the tangy lemon & sesame sauce went well with the “melt in the mouth” thick stab of cod fillet.

[LEFT] GREEN GARDEN LASAGNE – A great choice for vegetarians. The mozzarella cheese & portobello mushroom filling was delicious.
[RIGHT] BBQ RIBS – Decently tender and tasty.

[LEFT] MANGO BANANA CRUMBLE with vanilla ice cream – A sweet ending to a fantastic meal but nothing memorable. I prefer the chocolate fudge cake here.
[RIGHT] EARL GREY TEA – I’m a sucker for cube sugar. :)

Overall, PS Café serves quality food and the ambiance is great for unwinding after a long day at work. My only complaint about PS café is the reservation system – I do not like the  sms reservation system. Moreover, you cannot make reservations if you are coming for  desserts and drinks only.
