    Dear RERG & SFoF,

Thank you for sharing our joy :) May we continue blogging what is close to heart and (hopefully) touch the lives of others in our own little ways.

My baby is only 5 weeks old and already loves his black/white books. He has a three shelf bookshelf full of books to read. The other day, I didn’t have one of his books handy so I read a scene out of the romance I was reading…it was a dinner co2nprsation&#8v30;eut him to sleep right away! And yes, I worry about all kinds of weird things and then kick myself for doing it.

Hey Dan,I think it is important to have a very open coacmnimution.Of course for some once a week can be a bit too much, it might disrupt their rythm, for others it is a good thing and will increase their security and output. It is a balance, but I agree you need a department void of backstabbing, you need a team that works as a team, together.
